公司為香港高飛控股集團(tuán)下屬企業(yè)，目前坐落在鎮(zhèn)江市句容經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)。將來(lái)會(huì)在常州金壇中德產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)新生產(chǎn)基地。
1. Implement and maintain a local ESH Management System according to IOS45001 & ISO14001. 根據(jù)IOS45001和ISO14001實(shí)施和維護(hù)本地ESH管理體系。
2. Develop and maintain local ESH standard in the field of Machine Safety, Occupational safety and Fire Prevention and Protection.制定和維護(hù)機(jī)器安全、職業(yè)安全和防火領(lǐng)域的公司ESH標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3. Support the establishment of a safety culture within the plant by developing and providing appropriate tools and methods to prevent and analyze deviations or unsafe conditions. (e.g., hazard analysis and evaluation and job safety analysis and evaluation)開(kāi)發(fā)和提供適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぞ吆头椒?，防止和分析偏差或不安全條件，支持在工廠內(nèi)建立安全文化。（如危害分析與評(píng)價(jià)、工作安全分析與評(píng)價(jià)）
4. Accomplish accident investigation and report, track and push the corrective and preventive actions.事故調(diào)查和報(bào)告，跟蹤和推動(dòng)糾正和預(yù)防措施。
5. Assist to organize drills, including fire drill, work-related injury drill, etc.組織應(yīng)急演練，包括消防演練、工傷演練等
6. Implement annual ESH training to improve employees’ safety awareness and track effectiveness of trainings, and push training improvement.年度ESH培訓(xùn)，提高員工安全意識(shí)，跟蹤培訓(xùn)效果，推動(dòng)培訓(xùn)改進(jìn)
7. Develop and fulfill contractor ESH performance evaluation plan.并完成承包商ESH績(jī)效評(píng)估方案；
8. Keep contractor relevant records, including certificate, work permit, training records, accidents report and etc.承包商相關(guān)記錄，包括證書(shū)、工作許可證、培訓(xùn)記錄、事故報(bào)告等
9. Regular perform compliance monitoring in the field of applicable permits and regulations and prepare evidence of such activities.執(zhí)行適用許可證和法規(guī)領(lǐng)域的合規(guī)性監(jiān)控，并準(zhǔn)備此類(lèi)活動(dòng)的證據(jù)
10. Develop, implement and maintain an internal emergency organization (First Aid, Fire Prevention and Protection).實(shí)施和維護(hù)內(nèi)部應(yīng)急組織（急救、防火和保護(hù)）
11. Collect, update, record, recognize and evaluate legal requirements.收集、更新、記錄、識(shí)別和評(píng)估法律要求
12. Make and implement action plan to fix non-compliance.制定并實(shí)施行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，以解決不合規(guī)問(wèn)題
13. Other assignments required by the supervisor and company regarding EHS function.主管和公司要求的與EHS職能相關(guān)的其他任務(wù)
任職要求：
1. Fundamental knowledge in ESH regulations and technology (especially: waste management, risk analysis, occupational health).法規(guī)和技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)（特別是：廢物管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、職業(yè)健康）
2. Fundamental knowledge in emergency organization and management (fire prevention and protection, spill control).組織和管理的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)（防火和保護(hù)、泄漏控制）
3. Education on Management Systems (ISO 14001, IOS45001).體系的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn) （ISO 14001，IOS45001）
4. Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science or equivalent安全工程、化學(xué)工程或環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)力
