Overview: How we learn and gain knowledge can help us move the organization towards high performance. We must remain agile to meet the varying needs of the team. As a leader, having an understanding of your learning style will have a direct impact on the overall ability of your team.

Assignment: Complete a 3 page paper defining your Learning Style. As a personal reflection paper, please address the following in your paper:
